Dear Reader
When I first read about emotional intelligence I was very excited to integrate it into the executive leadership development programs I was running. As I researched the actual steps and practices to raise emotional intelligence, I came up empty handed and so decided to write the book I wanted to read.
In my research I was looking for the strategies that stars take that others can replicate to become emotionally intelligent leaders. I interviewed a renowned car designer on his secrets on being confident; a college basketball coach on his secrets to develop the players and winning teams, a public relations firm owner on the secrets of communication and influence and a corporate manager on her secrets of teamwork and collaboration.
I then packaged up my proven tools, tips and checklists from Executive Coaching and Leadership Development training programs for the last 15 years working with CEO’s, presidents, vice presidents, managers and their teams and presented them in the Coach’s corner.
Doing just a few of the strategies and tools consistently can make you an emotionally intelligent leader and a star performer. The leadership training steps are revealed in the Leaders’ Playbook, so you can improve your Confidence, Teamwork and Collaboration, Developing Others and Communication and Empathy.
Thanks for your interest.
Sincerely,
Relly Nadler
