Michelle is a coach, consultant and trainer. She works with groups and leaders to help them increase their effectiveness, productivity, and profitability. Michelle uses a creative, playful, and interactive approach in helping leaders and teams recognize the dynamics that both promote and hinder their success. Michelle has 12 years of experience leading teams to peak performances. She helps leaders predict and prepare for the reactions and resistance associated with rapid change. Michelle has worked with many different industries including high-tech, airline, real estate, educational institutions, banks, retail stores, restaurants and resort hotels. Some of her recent clients include Boeing, Microsoft, and Starbucks. Michelle has a Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Science, and a B.A. degree in Business Economics.
