About Nick Rothenberg and Patricia Schwartz

Nick Rothenberg heads a business consulting firm, 2Be, based in Portland, Oregon. The firm focuses on the human dimension of companies and organizations, helping them to develop mastery in the areas of leadership, strategic planning, teambuilding and change effectiveness. Nick leverages over ten years of experience as a successful entrepreneur and business leader, including extensive work with Fortune 1000 companies. He has lead several mergers and aquisitions change management programs as a lead executive.

Nick has worked with a wide range of companies and their executive teams, including DreamWorks SKG, Genex Interactive, Hollywood Entertainment, Nike and The World Forestry Center.

Nick has a M.A. in Visual Anthropology from the University of Southern California, where he completed doctoral coursework and received his B.A. from Harvard University.

Patricia is a coach, trainer, facilitator and consultant. She brings over 25 years of experience in management, business development, and leadership training. She has facilitated a wide variety of seminars, trainings and retreats for non-profit agencies, educational institutions, business owners, and corporations. She is experienced in course design and instruction.

She offers a full-service approach in providing transformational consulting services, and promotes the concepts of participatory training and management.

Patricia holds an M.A. in International Administration with a focus on training and advising and a B.A. in French language. She speaks Spanish (moving toward fluency) and is fluent in French. She has published a curriculum for training international managers for the University of Massachusetts. She holds an Executive Coaching certificate from the College of Executive Coaching.
