Dr. Sharon Laurenza is a licensed psychologist and Certified Personal and
Executive Coach, from the College of Executive Coaching. Dr. Laurenza
has a specialty in behavioral approaches, career development, teambuilding
and conflict resolution.
In addition to 30 years of coaching, and counseling in the private business and
health sectors, her experience includes doctoral and master's level teaching at the
University of San Francisco and counseling, teaching and administration in the
California Community Colleges. Dr. Laurenza is the director of Behavioral Design –
solution-oriented approaches to change.
Dr. Laurenza has received her doctorate at the University fo San Francisco in
Counseling and Applied Psychology, and a M.A. in Organizational Psychology
from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.


Dr. Ana Maria Irueste-Montes, is a psychologist and a personal and executive
coach. She is a faculty member at the College of Executive Coaching. Dr. Montes
worked as an adjunct staff for the Center for Creative Leadership for seven years.
She has extensive experience utilizing assessment instruments and offers a holistic,
value-based approach to coaching. Dr. Montes has a deep commitment to helping
those in leadership positions treat their members and themselves with dignity
and respect.
Dr. Montes received her masters and Ph.D. for the University of Kansas. She
co-authored the chapter Coaching Women in Business in Bruce Peltier's book
The Psychology of Executive Coaching. As a bilingual, bicultural coach she has
helped executives in three Continents.
