Dr. Jeff Auerbach is the president of the College of Executive Coaching, the leadering
training institute in post-graduate training in Executive Coaching. He is certified in
Emotional Intelligence tools created by Daniel Goleman and administered by the Hay
Group and he has been an Executive Coach and Trainer for over 13 years. Dr. Auerbach
started the College of Executive Coaching in 1995 and has been instrumenting in
training over 2000 mental health professionals in coaching techniques.
Dr. Auerbach has presented topics on coaching to the International Coach Federation,
Coach University, and the School for Professional Psychology. He designed the
curriculum for the College of Executive Coaching which does seminars for
professionals nationally.
Dr. Auerbach has a Ph.D. in Psychology from California Graduate Institute and an
M.A. from Antioch University. He has been a licensed psychologist in California
since 1992. He also is a Certified Personal and Executive Coach, from the College
of Executive Coaching. Dr. Auerbach has written Personal and Executive Coaching,
The Complete Guide for Mental Health Professionals.


Dr. Andrea Molberg is a consultant, trainer coach and speaker. For over twenty-five years,
she has worked with Fortune 500 companies, professional and trade associations,
governmental agencies and health organizations.
Dr. Molberg designs and leads numerous train-the-trainer, organizational and employee
development programs. She is on the faculty of the College of Executive Coaching, the
Executive Education Center at UC Riverside and the UC Irvine Extension. Past clients
have included IBM, 3M Company, American Express and Honeywell, Inc.
Dr. Molberg received her Ph.D . in Industrial/Organizational and Counseling Psychology
from the University of Minnesota. She is a licensed psychologist in both Minnesota
and California. Dr. Molberg is also a Certified Personal and Executive Coach,
from the College of Executive Coaching. She is the author of Conflict Resolution
and Making Live Training Lively.
